Vocational Rehabilitation Provider Locator Tool

TWC’s Vocational Rehabilitation (VR) Provider Locator is now available. Staff and customers can easily search for VR providers by zip code, location radius, service category, and contract type. This search tool helps identify service providers near VR customers.

Refer to the Provider Locator Tool documentation or view the Provider Locator video for a demonstration on how to use and navigate the tool.

For questions about this tool or to report any issues, please use the VR Provider Locator form.

Reports

The federal government requires the Texas Workforce Commission (TWC) to work on the Texas Combined State Plan. This plan spans four years and outlines how the state will reach its workforce goals. TWC also collaborates on the annual report of the Rehabilitation Council of Texas. These reports contain information about how well the VR program is working.

Rehabilitation Council of Texas

The Rehabilitation Council of Texas teams up with TWC's Vocational Rehabilitation programs. They create, approve, and look over state goals and priorities.
